If you had successfully applied for inter/intra-faculty transfer then your letter is ready for collection.

You can pick your letter from respective faculties, Schools, institutes and Centers.

You are expected to make 2 copies of your letter where a copy shall be retained at the current school while the other shall be presented to the new school. You must retain the original letter.
